Exchange, or take a testSome licences can be exchanged. Many cannot. Nigeria is not on the UK designated-country exchange list — you typically need a UK theory and practical after the visitor period. Confirm on GOV.UK for your case.

If a vehicle is coming with youTell customs, pay any duty, get approval, then register. Do not drive on public roads until that path is complete (except to a booked test, where the destination allows it).
